I dunno if this counts but it's all I'm doing besides cooking and cleaning my house today, but I just grocery shopped in 2 different stores for 120+ minutes, plus loading and unloading them, and putting them up all alone. A LOT of groceries. My hips hurt and I am pooped. Of course it's raining and thunderstorms all day too, so that always contributes to my ache's & pains.;)

Sorry I haven't been around much but I haven't been feeling well. Today is the first day that I don't feel dizzy. I am going to start my workout in a few minutes. My plan is 39 minutes on my Stairmaster and then some ab and floorwork exercises.

Diva, Echo, I just saw that we are on the same team for The Biggest Loser Challenge :woohoo:

No they are not, but everyone knows Bob's blue and Jillian's Red/Black. I want to be on the team that represents her.

What did you think about that reporter? I heard that this was the second time he has been kidnapped, I felt very badly for that English special ops guy that was killed in the rescue as well has the reporters translator who was also killed.

no i'm sorry i didnt know about the reporter news. ok i just read it on the bbc news website. that is amazing he got rescued. but sad for the sacrifices of the soldiers.

Nope, we just represent them and more so just our Team color. I like Jillian too, but I like Bob MUCH better. Jillian makes me angry sometimes and I couldn't have a trainer like her. At one point TBL Challenges got so huge we had to have 3 teams, so we had Blue, Red and Black and LondonJulz was the Black team leader....good times...

Jillian actually used to come to 3FC and I believe post sometimes, but once she got her own site she could no longer post here because of her contract or something. But they used to keep a "Jillian's Girls" thread going on The Biggest Loser forum. :)

Bought a new workout dvd on my Target run today and did the 3 mile walk version - took about an hour. And get this, I liked it!

well combined with the soreness from the wii in my forearms and the soreness in my triceps from doing my best to hang from pull up bar....my arms are almost useless. Guess it's time to focus on my legs ---but the the thought of them being sore--really deters me.

I won't be able to do cardio...hahhaha.

haha i hear ya! i really pushed myself on my p90x chest and back workout 2 days ago, and i can feel it in my triceps today! it felt really good to work outside the box, and push myself out of my comfort zone, i felt stronger for it.

i'm meant to be doing arms and shoulders today- but its like midnight now, and i still havent done any exercise:o
i might just have to push myself extra hard tommorow mornig to make up for it!
maybe its a good thing i gave myself a day of rest cause my upper arms are abit sore.

I hear she's mentioned 3FC a couple of times on her radio show she had, and one of our Mods, Mandalinn82 was in a magazine and she may have mentioned 3FC. I can't remember. I think the magazine was Woman's World. This is an excellent site IMO. :)

wow. Well, I got alot going on, but I committed myself to 15 minutes of MFC...and I ended up dripping in sweat. I think the calories burned is off base--because I was continuously out of breath and it said I burned 70 calories. Jumping jacks kill me. I just think i am too heavy for them and I need a better bra--that is just annoying to get hit with your boobs.

lol..michelle. well it doesn't make my knees feel the best either...

anyways, I wanted to say I think I should give myself some credit for the exercise I did yesterday. 15 min workout on the wiifit strength training. 20 min aerobic, 2 hours play.

PErfect Abs: 10 leg raises
perfect pull up: 10 swing down bar pull ups

Today: during my assessment: 2 min jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 20 squats
