I dunno if this counts but it's all I'm doing besides cooking and cleaning my house today, but I just grocery shopped in 2 different stores for 120+ minutes, plus loading and unloading them, and putting them up all alone. A LOT of groceries. My hips hurt and I am pooped. Of course it's raining and thunderstorms all day too, so that always contributes to my ache's & pains.;)

Sorry I haven't been around much but I haven't been feeling well. Today is the first day that I don't feel dizzy. I am going to start my workout in a few minutes. My plan is 39 minutes on my Stairmaster and then some ab and floorwork exercises.

Bought a new workout dvd on my Target run today and did the 3 mile walk version - took about an hour. And get this, I liked it!

well combined with the soreness from the wii in my forearms and the soreness in my triceps from doing my best to hang from pull up bar....my arms are almost useless. Guess it's time to focus on my legs ---but the the thought of them being sore--really deters me.
I won't be able to do cardio...hahhaha. |

wow. Well, I got alot going on, but I committed myself to 15 minutes of MFC...and I ended up dripping in sweat. I think the calories burned is off base--because I was continuously out of breath and it said I burned 70 calories. Jumping jacks kill me. I just think i am too heavy for them and I need a better bra--that is just annoying to get hit with your boobs.

anyways, I wanted to say I think I should give myself some credit for the exercise I did yesterday. 15 min workout on the wiifit strength training. 20 min aerobic, 2 hours play. PErfect Abs: 10 leg raises perfect pull up: 10 swing down bar pull ups Today: during my assessment: 2 min jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 20 squats |
