Good morning everyone :)

Yesterday, I completed my workout on the Stairmaster and I think I can go up a level. So on my next cardio day, (tomorrow), I am going to try it. Today, I am starting Mesocycle 3 of the STS program. I am excited but also nervous. I just printed off the chest & back workout sheet and the amount of some of the weights I am supposed to lift has me worried. I :dunno: if I am going to be able to do it, but I'll do my best.

WSchick, sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. I was sick last week and it sure does drain you. Hope you feel better soon

Jen, great job with your workouts! When I used to run I couldn't stand that my boobs would be moving around and hitting me. Then I found the Enell bra and it made high impact exercise so much more comfortable. They are expensive but so worth it in my opinion.

Echo, your virtual model is very cool! Go blue team :D

:cheer: Keep up the awesome workouts everyone :cheer: I am so inspired when I read this thread!!

Diva 09-10-2009 01:19 PM
