Thank you all for exercising religiously! On a day where I am tired and lacking motivation (today), it helps me to see others getting up and doing it! My weigh in is tomorrow so you would think that would be motivating enough, but I am just tired..... enough whining..... going to go to the gym now! I've written it so I have to do it, right?!

Onederchic 09-11-2009 07:59 PM

Yes, you have to do it, Michele :p

EZMONEY 09-11-2009 10:43 PM

FORCED myself to go to the gym finally. It was a struggle to get there. Some days are just like that. I really like to take classes because I get there at a specific time, work out and then leave. Friday evening there are no classes so it always seems more of a chore. Anyway....

Sept. 11: 45 minutes elliptical

:cheer2: Great job everyone :cheer3:

I had to force myself to get on my Stairmaster tonight as I really did not feel like working out. However, once I started I felt good and did 39 mins of speed training, and then I finished up with some ab exercises.

pintobean 09-12-2009 07:42 AM

Morning everyone, it is still :rain: here :(

Yesterday - Weight Training - completed

Today - Errands to run, Ab Ripper X and Treadmill - Completed

I totally understand some days being so difficult to workout. But this thread is helping me be accountable. So, keep up the good work girls and EZ :D . We're all in this together and helping each other kick butt . Happy Saturday!!

dream710 09-12-2009 09:03 AM

I didn't feel like exercising yesterday either. I did however get on the treadmill, started walking didn't feel like running but did it anyways and jogged 25 minutes straight, which I haven't done since I before I was pregnant!

Everyone keep up the hardwork!

Diva-are you still doing the exercises from spark? I was thinking about adding a few different exercises to my other workouts and wondering if there were any good ones there.

Bridgette, I do some strength training I get from Spark 3 days a week and sometimes I'll do some of the other little videos they have. I LOVE Sparkpeople Fitness. As for cardio, I just do my GYM thing and DVD's here at the house and then plug them in.

Onederchic 09-12-2009 09:34 AM

Nice work all!

Plans today = 90 minutes cardio

EZMONEY 09-12-2009 11:38 AM

:cheer3::woohoo::cheer2: GREAT SECOND EFFORT GALS! :cheer2::woohoo::cheer3:

I praise you for diggin' deep to do your exercises when you don't feel like it!

Angie is back on the bell choir practice at church, after the summer break, so we took off about 6:30 down to Starbucks for coffee, tea, scone for Angie and water and jerky treats for the brats. Then took the long way home for opur 3.5 mile total....back just in time for Angie to shower and take off for practice. A beautiful morning here, a lot of folks out walking dogs, running, jogging and garage sale shopping :D Went by my son and dil's house and noticed a broken sprinkler head....saved the day!!

That will probably be all we do for walks this week-end since we are going to Angie's "growing up on "XYZ" street reunion" after church.

HAVE A GREAT WEEK-END LADIES!

31.5/50 MILES

Just started my new exercise regime... I got a bootcamp walking workout from Prevention that supposedly guarantees you drop 2 sizes in 6 weeks. LOL What the heck, I'm trying it. I bought $85 in exercise/workout clothes and now I am using them!!! Sooooooo

I did 60 minutes of cardio/bootcamp strengthening calisthenics. It kicked my butt! But I feel good about beginning. And I finally have an iPod to help me pass the time whilst at it! YES!

Onederchic 09-12-2009 10:02 PM

Way to go alonecinder :cheer3:
