Probably an endorphin rush from all that cardio. Do you do this every day?
The folks in this thread are totally scary - lol.

But do we just come in here and say what exercise we've done for the day and then come back to up-date it ?

Thank you :)

There are no stupid questions :D

We come each day and post whatever exercise we have done for that day :). It helps to hold us accountable so we will exercise :D

Yes everyday, but it's probably the green tea it has a lot of caffeine. I had six large glasses today. We are not so scary just motivated to get fit. We try to be each others cheerleaders. And like I've said I started out with 30 minutes a day, and I'm trying to reach a goal that is coming up fast that's why I've stepped up my game. My goal is to get to my target weight by the new year, I may not get there by 1/1 but I'll get close.

BTW Welcome.

Yes but also to inspire each other to keep going because some weeks you work your butt off and the scale doesn't move. It's nice to have the support of others on the same path. Welcome

WSChick 08-29-2009 01:00 AM

Thank you both for clarifying for me.

This is a great thread and it does motivate me, especially since the scale hasn't budged in almost 2 weeks.

And "travelingmichele" I love cruises :)
