I think Garmin issue has just been resolved (I'm a dolt at times ). However if you do know how to just turn off the auto multisport that would be cool to know!
Skied on the first, shopped for 6 hours on the second--does that count? Iasked my husband how to measure the track around the pasture & he said each fencepost is 7 feet apart--I'll have a lot of counting to do!
Woooo-hooooo  got up and ran 4.5 miles in 24 degree weather with a pretty strong wind at 6am. I have to say that I think I need to increase my complex carb intake because I am having a hard time doing longer distances and I had to walk once during my run (which 4.5 is NOT far for me). Tomorrow is my day off from running since I go to church so I will do free weights at home, oh, and I bought a jump rope at Walmart yesterday. I heard jump-roping is one of the best cardio exercises.
Wow Kim, 4.5 miles in 24 degree weather at 6 a.m.! That's amazing.
I've been up for 2 hours, and I have not stepped foot on the treadmill. Procrastination is very dangerous, I can't mess around, so I'm getting on the [evil ] treadmill as soon as I hit "submit reply".
I'm also making a commitment for tomorrow to get on the treadmill the MINUTE I get out of bed.
Thanks for helping me to stick to it! Have a great weekend.
Oh my legs ache! I've done 10 miles so far - will change my ticker this weekend. I have a goal of doing 6 miles today on the treadmill. Walking in 10 degree weather in Michigan not fun for me (ha! ha!)
Yikes, I'm a few days late getting in on this post. Hope I can still join in. I was doing really well losing, then hit a plateau and was ready to give up. I think this is just the thread I need to motivate me to bust through this...
I'm in for 500 and hopefully more.
