I'm going to jump in and participate. I have always, always, always wanted to be able to do pushups...ever since I sucked at them in middle school. Just tested with counter pushups, and I can do 20. (More than I thought I'd be able to do!) I think I'll start the workouts tomorrow, because at the moment it seems I've already blown all my arms' energy on the test
I know I'm late - but I checked out the program last week and I'm IN! I did the test yesterday morning and I'm doing on my knee ones

Yesterday was the week 1 Day 3 for me. By the third set of ten plank pushups I can't imagine being able to do 100 of these dang things. I've learned something though. Don't chug the water from the water bottle in between sets of these exercises. While I was pressing from the plank position I could feel the water gurgling in my stomach and threating to defy gravity. Things could have gone real bad at that point but I still was determined to get my max in at the end.
W1,D2 = Max 11 (39 total) I'm on today apparently! Maybe after I complete the 100 on my knees I'll do plank ones for another 6 weeks! Imagine how BUFF my arms will be!
W1 D3 - max 18 = 49 total! I'm really suprised at myself!!! I'm gaining stregth quickly - and I *think* I may have seen some bicep definition while I was doing them!
