I wish I had seen this thread the first time around!

I just did my test, so I'll be starting with W1D1 tomorrow. (Hi Cinm, Shari, any other starters )

I managed to do 9 real push ups, which isn't bad, by any means, but I used to be able to do 15 a few years ago so I'm looking forward to doing even more.

I just finished the second week yesterday. Today when I get home I'll do the test again to see where I need to go from here. Probably back to week 1 level 2, but maybe I can skip to level 3.

Pat - You Rock!

I slacked off the last 3 days. But I did 1/2 of my pushups tonight. I AM going to really start week 5 tomorrow. I'm thinking I might do them in the morning first thing when I'm not motivated to do anything. It might just be the jump start that I need!

Eny~It might start your day off on the right foot with something positive in your pocket. Try it and see how you do with it.

Diva~You are moving right along! Good work.

Week 3 day 2: 22+17+17+15+21=92 92 wall push ups. With a blush and a wink I can say I have noticed a difference in the bust line. I wouldn't say perky, but improvement.

Girls i've slacked completely. I'm going to re-do week four starting tomorrow! My plan is to do it first thing in the morning. I hav eto get back at this - it was making a HUGE difference in my arm tone and getting rid of the chicken wings!

Omigosh, I could only do five knee pushups. I thought I was in much better shape than that.

I have zero upper body strength (the flabbiest arms imaginable) and love this idea. I can't even imagine doing 25 pushups let alone 100. I did my test today and could only do two. But I am all in for this challenge!
