Diva~Wish I could say my breast are perkier! Oh Well all things in time, before they hit my knees hahahahaha. Okay~week 1 day 3 total of 40 wall push ups. I should have done 41. The last 2 were hard to squeeze in. I really did 40 push ups! Totally incredible. I skipped a day posting, Friday, but I did my day 2 push ups. Moving on to week 2. Pat
so i am a month late to when this thread was started but count me in I am going to start in a few days once my body heals from having my baby on thursday. I will deff be doing the girly push ups.
then once i am done the first 6 weeks I am going to go back and do the man push ups.
I haven't been in to update very frequently because I start and re-start a lot - had a vacation get in the way then laziness set in ... I'm sure you all know the drill
When I took my first exhaustion test when I first posted this thread, I could only do 3 push ups (on the knees), tested myself again last night and could do 9! So somewhere, between the slacking and intermittent training, I'm improving somehow.....
I did week 4 day 1 today - 27, 20, 20, 17 and then I did 28 for my max.
122!!!
Then I fell on my face on the floor and panted for a while.
Wow! I never thought I could do that many but so hard!
Hi All~Week 2 day 2 done. A total of 42 wall push up!! I am getting there. How is everyone doing with their challenge. I am going to watch my baseball game now that I have worked out my bad mood. Pat
W4, D3 DONE! Max 31 - total 111!!! I'm going to do the test for the week tomorrow and get back on my MWF schedule instead of the TTS... I threw myself off last week!
Shari - the initial test is simply doing as many push ups as you can without dying!
