10 min treadmill w/ 2min intervals - 1min jog/ 1min increase incline

Yesterday -
bit of hiking/walking taking pics (about 40min or so of actual hiking/walking)
15 min elliptical with some short burst of incresed speed
15 min treadmill with some jogging bursts
