  • I'm back! I took a full 7 days off exercise, to give my knee a rest. I figure I'll ease back into things, and see how it goes.

  • *grumble* I have cracked a bone on the top of my right foot. Have it wrapped up so walking is hard but biking is still okay, even the elliptical but I am taking today off. We will see how tomorrow goes.
