Yay, new month! I worked out on 80% of days in April, so that will be the number to beat :D.
Today: 40 min. track (C25K) 10 min. stretching |
Oh! Can I join?? I need accountability! Today I did Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred...roughly 26 minutes of cardio and light weights, with lots of crunches!

30m walk, 30m weihgts, 30m pilates, 45m bikeride

I tested waters in my new gym tonight. I haven't done any weights for ages, so I did not want to overdo it since I have a day off tomorrow and want to go again. I did 20 minutes cardio and 25 minutes weights - tomorrow, I will see how sore I am or if I worked hard enough.

5k (HIIT) on the TM 55 min's + 5 cooldown 40 minutes: weights, crunches, pushups, arms, back, Chest, legs, Plank (HATE IT!). 15 minutes Belly Dancing. 5 minutes stretching. |
60 min, 40 walk/job and 20 weights!
