Sorry I have been MIA this week. I knew I was going to run into a problem with my lack of time this week. I got in a 3mile run late this morning. Goodness it was hot! Luckily it has started raining!!! We have been in such a dry spell, that our front lawns look like hay! Anyway, total for the month so far is 37/45 running. I am going to try to set the alarm early tomorrow and get a long run in before taking the kiddies to school. I have good intentions...........

Didn't really put my all into any of this. I am just feeling quite the thing and started my dot.
Finally did that 4 mile run. My first ever! Not that bad at all, really -- the middle was kinda rough but by the end I felt like I could've gone another mile, easy. Planning to try for 5 next weekend.
Tonight I'm thinking a 3-4 mile walk.
Thanks for being here ladies... just thinking about reporting back to y'all keeps me moving, and you're all doing so awesome, so that's extra inspiring.
Sorry been MIA - work and life stress was getting to me. But I'm back and some backlogged miles to report (not many unfortunately).

18.75/50 umm yeah....let's just say May was a bad month. I've still got some time to make up some miles but I don't see 30+ miles coming in the next 11 days. Going to try to at least get close though and re-try for 50 in June!

Baskgal, Your doing great. I bet you'll have another over goal month. WTG!!! Here we've had so much rain, snow, rain everything is very green and too wet. We can usually see sprouts in the fields by now, but hardly anything has even been planted yet. Keep going you're doing awesome.

Cakeses, I'm with you. My schedule has just not left room for the amount of exercise I like to get in. We may be down, but we are not out girlfriend. We have a few days left in May and then June is a whole new ballgame as they say. Let's keep moving!!
Had a real blast with the Hubs. I picked him up at work Mon. and whisked him to Majestic Pines casino in Black River Falls,WI. We gambled, ate too much, drank a little, soaked in the hot tub, watched some movies, relaxed. It was awesome. Not near long enough. We were gone 24.5 hours total, but it did really help. I'm off to Circus World Museum with my son's class today. I know it's lame, but we'll be walking and playing all day again so I'm counting 1 hour. I can't waite until June so I can have my life back. These are good times, but I feel kinda ugh. Too much fast food not enough heart pounding exercise. My weight's up 3#, but I have a few days to get that to drop back down before it's "official." It's times like these that I have to remember I'm still 7# less than I was in November and just keep moving forward. Thanks for always being here for motivation!
Took the dogs out for 3.5 after work. No LOVNMOM I am not quitting since I reached goal...I know better...next month I could be out of town all month with work...I just never know. Sounds like your "kidnapping" went well!
