Only did a 2 mile walk yesterday and had to do that between the rain drops lol. Since I don't generaly do any exercise on the weekend that was good for me.

Sounds like fun, count me in! I'm a walker only (doctor's orders). I need to set a baseline so I think I'll set a goal of 75 this month. Shouldn't be that hard because we will spend three days in Maine birding - guaranteed walking!

I was on the treadmill an hour Thurs., Fri and last night = 10.5; add a mile birding this morning and3.5 this afternoon.

15/75

Had a 4 mile run scheduled for this weekend but caught a nasty stomach bug and just couldn't do it. I did manage two leisurely 3 mile walks though, and I'm feeling pretty much back to normal now, so back on track tomorrow.

Cyndim, Welcome!!! You are doing awesome on your weight loss goal!!!

coldbright, Glad you're feeling better.

Rennie, You're too sweet. Don't get caught in the rain...you may melt!

Weather was finally really lovely yesterday and today again. I walked 2.25 miles in 30 min yesterday and played tennis another 30 min with my children. All 5 of us filled one court and just kept it going. We never keep score or even rarely play correctly accept when my oldest and I can sneak away to the park alone! It was a blast. Yeah for nice weather.
Heading out for a walk with M this morning. The loop we're going is just about 5 miles and it'll take us close to an hour and 15 min.
Have a happy Monday all!

Great work Gals!

I got my miles in today and then some!

Had a short day at work so I was able to take the dogs for 4 miles this morning then jump on the treadmill for 2.25 more. This afternoon the dogs and I walked down to the vet to get their Heartguard for another...close to 2 miles.
