I'd like to join in I recently started to really take this all seriously and I am trying to stay on task. I have been going weekly to the gym since the week before christmas. Food wise I have slipped a bit here and there. But with the gym I am working on going 4 times a week starting this week and this will help keep my accountable.
Sunday = 50 min at the gym 28 min. on the treadmill 4.2 and 5.0 incline 315 cals burned on the treadmill, abs machine 80 crunches, wt res. 2 sets |

I did 60 min tae bo on Sat, then jogged 45 min on Sun. Lost another pound, feeling good.
