Saturday - helped a friend move...to a third story walkup. I spent an hour at least on stairs alone, so I'm counting it.

Sunday - 1 hour wii sports

Today - 40 min, 3.5 mile run.

Tues. 1 hr.. workout at the gym burned over 400 cal. was on with my intake today. Also did the stairs at work 20 steps 6 times and my long walk in parked out a ways.
This weeks goal is workout at the gym at least 4 times 2 down 2 to go.

Oops.. got off this thread - So I'll start with this week!

2/18 - 20 min treadmill, 20 min Precor AMT, 20 min bike, 20 min down in the weights.
2/19 - 20 min tread, 20 min P-AMT, 20 min bike.

Today... I'll get some WT in!
