32 min treadclimber (I hate how the "cool down" is 2 minutes and you can't add time to make it even! Grr)
30 min arc trainer.. and those thirty mins were the longest :censored: 30 minutes of my life. I was soo not feeling the exercise today but somehow kept going. |

Did Slim in 6 Ramp It Up and also spent the entire afternoon out looking for geocaches with my dd and dh. Probably walked about 4 miles in total outside today in the woods. Next time I'll remember to bring my pedometer to see just how much walking we do! :) Have a great night everyone!
