Was visiting family in LA...but I STILL hauled my butt out of bed at 7 this morning to go for a hill walk/run - 55 min.

Saturday I went to the park and did 2.5 miles...it actually felt good! Sunday is a free day Monday...2 mile walk I guess that's not bad for re-starting. |

Got Yourself!Fitness today... Did the "fitness evaluation" which took about 15 minutes and then I did 15 minutes of their yoga program.
