I did WATP Abs for 45 minutes and also took my 19 month old on a bike ride. It was only her second time and she was super tired so I only did 20 minutes or so.

Monday - one hour at the gym doing weights...

My boy is three, he has a new little bike, he bikes and bikes around blocks in our neighborhood and I have a new form of exercise - keeping up with him! Chased him an hour yesterday and 1/2 hour this am. Will do weights today 1/2 hour concentrating on buildiing my skinny legs.

Did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the recumbent bike.
