I went for a 19 mile bike ride today--twice as long as my longest ride yet! It was beautiful out and I had a great time. Alas, my butt was officially kicked by an unfair preponderance of hills and a persistent head wind on those same hills.
Still, I burned 840 calories and got lots of lovely sun! Hooray! |
4 miles on TB on Sun, Its off for work for me tonight so can't work out til tomorrow afternoon
