Nothing today. Can I have a day off?

Exercise yesterday was 4 hours work of extreme yardwork for my elderly aunt. Every muscle in my body hurts today and I have blisters on both my hands. OUCH!

NOTE, I love my new bike, I'm going to be like Ilene, off riding for hours...

Grrrrr. Everyone but me has a new bike!!! I test rode a Specialized hybrid yesterday and it seemed pretty good--but it's $500!

...followed by a 35 min kickboxing video (I love this woman because if I add some calf raises on at the end, her kickboxing workout does more for me than the leg workouts I do...mostly because her kickboxing philosophy seems to be "every kick is better if preceded by a squat and followed by a lunge).
