Hello all.. Hope you don't mind I share my daily exercise with you all. I have been reading and everyone is doing fantastic..it sure gives me that boost on moving my body.
Saturday..30 minutes , 2 miles Walk away the pounds video with weighted balls!
Sunday..30 minutes, walk away the pounds video with weighted balls!

Saturday night was my sister's bachelorette. I figure I got in about 3 hours total of crazy dancing. I'm only going to count an hour, the last bar, where we danced constantly and I had a good sweat going.
Today - 60 on the elliptical.
