    I have to say, exercise is magical. I woke up a miserable, hungover human being this morning and I dragged myself to the gym with the intention of doing nothing more than walking for 30 minutes. But I started running and by the time I got to my 30 minutes I felt sooooo much better that I just kept going and going with some high intensity intervals. It was fantastic. I'm a new woman.
  • 20 min weight lifting, 1/2 hour walking
  • yesterday: 3.1 mile run
    today: 40 min elliptical

    I was supposed to run 8 miles this morning but I had insomnia last night and there's no way I could do that on 2 hours of sleep. 40 minutes on the elliptical, though, was doable.
  • 30 minutes - Swimming
  • 8 mile run
  • 2 Mile WATP's with 2 lbs dumbells- 30 Minutes
    WATP's Fat Burning - 30 Minutes

    Just wondering if anyone can join you. I need some motivation to get moving again. Not sure what happened as I was doing great and now...nuthin! Anyway, hoping it is okay to jump on the thread with you all.

    We're getting lots of new accountability folks on here! Maybe we need a roll call so we can start PMing the people who stop posting :-)

    60 min strength today, will most likely be doing cardio later but schedule is sort of grim-looking.
  • 45 min elliptical
    45 min strength
  • 35 min treadmill (2.3 miles running in 25 min; the rest walking)
  • 50 min on the rebounder.
  • 15 mile bike ride (approx 600 cals)
  • 11 mile run
  • 17 mins treadmill (150). Yes, I was feeling very, very lazy about my cardio today!
