  • Was visiting family in LA...but I STILL hauled my butt out of bed at 7 this morning to go for a hill walk/run - 55 min.

    Yesterday: 3 mile run
    Today: 5 mile tempo run

    Saturday I went to the park and did 2.5 miles...it actually felt good!
    Sunday is a free day
    Monday...2 mile walk

    I guess that's not bad for re-starting.

  • Got Yourself!Fitness today... Did the "fitness evaluation" which took about 15 minutes and then I did 15 minutes of their yoga program.

  • I was away for a long weekend... and boy, was it tough to snap back into reality... sigh.
