Hi Amanda. Do you have relatives in London? I'm married with 10 kids. I'm still doing bodyflex everyday and shapely secrets with abdonda breathing. I lost about 20lb last yr........slow I know but I'll take it. I have about 40 to go.
i just finished reading this entire thread (after buying SS on a whim at 5:00 in the morning... i guess the idea of eating all that turkey and pie tomorrow has me freaking out a little)... i've read everyone's reviews and they made me feel a lot better about buying this product... i promise to keep everyone update on my progress once my order arrives.
i've noticed a lot of people stopped posting after a couple weeks and i'll do my best to keep posting as long as possible so people know how it works after a month +
i really hope i get the same (or better) results as some of you have had and thanks a lot for posting your info -- it really helps.

p.s. i know there are a lot of fake posters and scam-writers on sites like these that just post in favor of products so people will buy them... i am not one of those people and i've had failures before with products from tv so i will not go easy on this system if it does not work for me.
Well, they've taken the $ out of my account, and charged me for the faster shipping, even though that charge wasn't in the confirmation email. I'll be calling on Monday just to make sure that the items shipped!
I slacked off this week, so I didn't lose the inches I wanted. I was way to tired from work, or maybe I built up muscle. I've been working alot lately and worked 5 shifts in 3 days. Meaning I was walking for about 12 hours strait for 2 days and a;most 7 the next. I'll kick it up this week.
Woo hoo--I just got off the phone with Customer Service; my package should be here tomorrow.
AND, because I explained to the girl that my confirmation email did not include rush shipping charges (although I had requested rush shipping), but I was charged the rush shipping charge--she's refunding me the $14.32. Nice!
I'm doing a few of the breathing exercises as I wait for the computer. That's the nice thing......you can do these just about anywhere and they give you an instant boost.
Well, I only lost 1 lb last week, but with it being Thanksgiving, I am pleasantly surprised and happy for that 1 lb. Have to kick myself into high gear this week with the SS. I missed quite a few days last week. It is only 7 minutes, but with a house full of company, even that 7 minutes was hard to find. I will post results next week, when I actually have results to post.
It came, it came! I'll do the program tonight after the kids go to bed. I don't know if I should measure myself tonight or tomorrow morning--I guess it won't make that much of a difference, eh?
