Hi All . . .

Another really nasty and non-Spring-like day around here . . . . . . this is getting very old, very quickly. I know it will eventually come to an end, but soon would be nice.

See you later . . .

Its a rainy day in Michigan. Had a trace of snow last night. Cable was out this morning to switch our phone over to cable.
I machine quilt the baby quilts, they are very simple patterns. If its for a family member or someone special,I hand quilt it.

Cool

Holy Cow, Rosey! Talk about the luck of the Irish! I wish I had your golden touch. I hope you can go to Vegas. You will probably win enough to pay for your trip and more.
Meowee - Thanks for the soap tip. Sounds wierd, but I'm ready to try anything. And I've got lots of soap sitting around idle. For awhile there, people were giving me tons of soap.
Sorry about the weather for all you northern folks. We're still having mild spring weather.

Oh wow ROSEY wins again . . . that's definitely a great haul, Chickie . . . . . . Don't forget to buy soap.

Think you'll be pleasantly surprised ROSETTA . . . . . . can't say it's 100% but it has definitely reduced my cramps by a good 80 to 90%. Wish I knew why because then, maybe, I could figure out how to get the other 10 to 20% too.

Good Morning all you sweet things . . .

ROSEY . . . you definitely look happy and sounds like you've figured out the perfect place to invest your winnings.

Sunny and very cold again this morning -- but we have slightly warmer weather forecast for tomorrow. Unfortunately it's arriving via a freezing rain, changing to regular rain storm. Some day (hopefully soon) we will get two sort of nice days in a row and everybody will faint from the shock.

My BGL was 6.7 (121) this morning. Yesterday was better, having started at 6.4 (115) and finished at 4.4 (79). And . . . I had my cereal snack last night at bedtime, too -- I will never, never, understand this disease.

Guess that's about it for me this morning . . . hope everybody has a great day of moving and shaking planned . . . I will be back.

Talking Congratulations On Your Lucky Win!

Rosey: Way to go! What a great feeling! I dabble in the gambling thing now and then, not much though...

Good day today: a.m. blood sugar 122, p.m.112. Did well staying on plan today minus the exercise. Worked a half day today. Was going to spend it with son, but he was visiting his children as it should be. So I had some ME time. Of course, DH is retired. He came in from the barn, kicked back the recliner, and watched the Red Sox game with his eyes closed...how do men do that? Have a great evening everyone. Bethz

Hi . . .

This BGL stuff is going in the wrong direction -- after finishing yesterday at 4.4 (79) again; this morning it was 6.9 (124).

Other than that -- well -- if freezing rain says Spring has Sprung to you; you would love it here today . Supposed to be much the same for the entire Easter Weekend -- sure hope the silly bunny has his raincoat; his scarf and mittens; and his Yaktrax . . . think he's going to need them. Need I say, I've got no big plans for the day (or much of anything on the go for the weekend either) luckily. Oh please let it all end soon.

See you later . . .

Cool

Hi, all. It's sunny but chilly here (at least it is in my office). Am reaching the breaking point with my eating. Soon won't be able to fit in my clothes. Worried about stuff at work doesn't help.
Meowee - wish I could send you some sun. One of these days it will show up and stay awhile.
Rosey - Sounds like you and your dgrd had a wonderful time. She's lucky that you are good at sewing and patient enough to show her. That's kind of you to help the other family.
Have a good day!

Good Morning . . .

Wow . . . I'm actually seeing a little bit of sun and that's a lot better than the snow that is being forecast. Actually even a little snow would be a big bunch better than yesterday's freezing rain.

Nothing too great on my agenda anyway -- I'm on the second round of antibiotics for this stupid tooth that gets a root canal on the 27th and the tummy is complaining again. If nothing else, that will help to keep me away from the chocolate. Yesterday, my BGL went through the roof . . . combination of not feeling well and not choosing sensible food, I think. this morning we are back to 6.8 (122) and hopefully it will go down from there.

Hope everybody has a great GOOD FRIDAY on the go . . . see you all later.
