brfoote: Glad you made your way over here. Way to go on your success so far. I look forward to seeing more updates from you.

Snowmama: Did you ever think, 45 pounds ago, that you would be a runner? Let alone that you would actually miss running?

VickiLou: I'm still hovering right there. Little up, little down. Hopefully, I'll leave 200 behind this weekend. Let's both of us never go back into 200 ever again.

Total Loss for Week Four:

Actually surprised I wasn't up more today. I've been craving pizza. I used to have it once a week, but I decided not to do that anymore and hadn't had any for about a month now. The last few days, I was wanting some, and my way of eating now includes not depriving myself, so yesterday, I went to the pizza place to have pizza and a salad bar. I had a bunch of salad (no dressing, because I don't really like dressing) and ONE slice of pepperoni pizza. Just one. I was proud of myself. Satisfied the craving without going overboard. But then at dinner, I decided to try prepping my roasted veggies a different way, and ended up much too salty. So I figured I'd be up today from just water retention, between the pepperoni and the extra salt at dinner. So I was glad to see it only up a little bit.

brfoote: I do low-carb healthy fat so we will be on the same page. Glad you joined us.
snowmama: way to go on staying fit even though your ACL injury prevents the running. If it was me, I'd have my leg up, having groceries delivered and watching Magnum PI re-runs
lacerta: holy smokes you had ONE piece of pizza!!!??? That is something I could never do. I'm an all or nothing type. Huge kudos to you!

Glad to be back at my weekly weigh-in weight of 174.4. My little oopsy the other night (I had more than one piece of pizza) cost me a couple days. But nothing a little IF can't fix. Today I had a lime SKYR yogurt (Icelandic brand) and it was ridiculously tasty. Lunch we're taking out a colleague who's leaving to a sweet job for another federal department. And I'll choose a salad. Supper will be fish and veggies.

Have a great OP day everyone!

Can't believe you only had one slice of pizza, Lacerta!
Snowmama, congrats on keeping up with your exercise while recovering! I dislocated my knee a looong time ago and have to keep up with strengthening exercises to keep it from wobbling.
I eat Skyr yogurt too, Follena. It's so good! I usually have strawberry with oats and fruit for breakfast, and natural to mix with chickpeas, beans, chicken etc. in the evening. I don't eat a lot of it, but enough to give a texture. I haven't seen lime here though - I'll have to investigate as it's one of my favourite flavours.

I'm thinking that 262 will be the extent of my post-TOM whoosh given how high my calories have been the past few days. I don't think I had a surplus but certainly won't have lost. I'm just relieved that it's almost back down to my recent low.

Follena: I understand completely, as I'm also bouncing back and forth between the same 0.2 right now.

Newlyn: Still 6 days left in the month, you can get to another new low, I'm sure.

I'm just hanging out right here for now. Not really surprised. I ended up working way more hours this week than I wanted to. I find lately that my pattern is that on days that I work, I maintain weight. On mornings after days that I have off or that I can get out of work after only a couple of hours, I lose weight. So my pattern right now is that I maintain all week and then lose on Sunday and Monday mornings. I'm hoping to get back to working less hours so I can focus more on my health, but in the meantime, I'll enjoy the weekends and the drop that comes with them.

I'm hoping by the end of week 4, this coming Monday, to be down into the 198s and leave the 200s firmly behind, but we'll see.

I did the Couch 2 5k, Week 4 day 2 yesterday and am still feeling good with it.

Okay, I think I am understanding the two threads I am on. These are monthly loss threads?

Lacerta - I loved your signature with the goals! I stole the idea and made me one. I will have the goals on there whenever I can set up my signature.

Lacerta, how long has it taken you to lose 65 lbs?

brfoote: Thanks, I actually have a much longer list of minigoals, but I put the signficant ones into my signature. I just passed my 10 month point. March 18th was the day I started. I'm pushing a bit right now partly because I'd really like to be down 80 by my 1 year mark. I'm pretty confident I'll make 75 pounds, but 80 sounds so much better.

Back to my lowest and ready to move down more this weekend. Also, my average for the last 7 days was 199.88, so I now feel like I'm officially in Onederland. Yay. Hopefully, I'm done with bouncing back up there.
