Well, I lost my Word document text that has my end of the month tracking on it, but my 1/31 check in was 142.4.

Total lost for January: 5.4 lbs.
Totally unexpected, I thought the weight loss would stay slower with all the gym time. I still can't believe it, but I did really work for it.
