momtopands: Welcome back. Stick with it and that 15 pounds and a few more will be gone before you know it.
Follena: Darn side effects. Sometimes you don't even know you are having them. Hope you get a nice drop with the better sleep.

Total Loss for Week Three:
Well, at least I was partway back down, and heading in the right direction again. I'd really like to see 200.x by Sunday. We'll see.
I just realized today is my 10 month anniversary since I started losing. Happy anniversary to me. Just over 65 pounds in 10 months isn't bad. I'm hoping to make it 75 or more by the one year mark in March.
hello January gang! just thought id drop in to say hi
looks like some good work is being done all round. Great you're making a re-start momtopands - best of luck. It's really tough getting going again.
Fantastic you're almost in wonderland Lacenta!!!!
I'm still doing my active maintenance thing and am happily in mid-target zone at 112lb this week. Had lots of indulgences over Christmas, but didn't weigh in until after a 10-day trekking trip in January (up to 30km per day with 8-days food to carry, plus tent, and all the paraphernalia) which probably burned off a few kg again, so overall (and because i'd purposely dropped before Christmas for some wiggle room) I was right on target still when I came back!! Trying to get to the gym every day at the moment and also enjoying getting back to last years good eating habits (lots of veggies, hardly any crap) after about a month off. 2019 will be a massive year of trying to stay put at this weight for me.

All I can think is that it's bloat. TOM is due in the next few days so hopefully it's just that.
Lacerta: thanks, I knew I was having side effects and so glad to be back to normal. Congratulations on the 10 month anniversary!! I stuck to a whole year for my son’s wedding ... then backslid last fall. Doh!
I feel relieved after weighing in this morning. Sticking to healthy eating and exercising so faithfully .. glad to be rewarded. For some reason, I don’t like this decade of the 170’s. I leave for Costa Rica February 13th and would love to be at the top of my healthy BMI at 169 pounds. Might not happen. So ... it’s time to take stock and celebrate the now and some NSV’s!
Pants feel looser
Body movement is easier - reaching for things
Easier to get out of bed in the morning
Legs look skinnier in a pair of work pants
Yoga is getting at so many body muscles I didn’t even know I had.
Had a burger wrapped in lettuce while my friend had carbs

Welcome back Ange!! I remember you from just before your trekking trip. That’s fantastic your weight is right on target when you came back. Maintaining is just as hard as losing weight. No one can tell me different. So I’m glad you’re with us and hoping I have as good results as you after my CR trip!!
Follena: I totally get not liking a decade. I felt that way about the 230s. I just wanted out of them and into the 220s in the worst way. Way to go on the NSVs.
Newlyn: Thanks. You are definitiely due for a whoosh.

Total Loss for Week Three:
I'm basically flat this week. But I can't say I'm plateaued. I know exactly why I'm flat. When I've been home, I've been great, but I've gone out to eat 4 times this week, which is 3 times too many (Texas Roadhouse was acceptable). I knew this week would be bad at work, and it was. I need to bag my healthy food and take it with me and just eat it with mom whereever she wants to go for lunch. Because what happens is, she says "we have a lot to get done, so let's go just grab something real quick and get back to it", so instead of taking a home lunch break, I end up going with her somewhere. I've made good choices at each place (soup and salad at Jakers, just a burger, no fries at the burger place, and just a chicken sandwich, no fries, at Wendys). But 3 times out for lunch is 3 times too many. The good choices mean that I didn't GAIN any weight this week, but eating out that many times means that I also didn't lose anything. Let's me know it will be possible to go out sometimes and make good choices and still maintain. But I can't do that while trying to lose.
On the upside, it should be better going forward. We rehired a prior employee full time who was awesome. She left for a while to deal with some health issues, but now is back in the area and is coming back to work with us again. She worked for us for 3 years before and made my life so much easier. Our company is bigger now, and we need another full time person, and I'm so glad it is her. I should be able to cut my hours back overall, which means more weight loss. Plus, less stress when I am working, so more weight loss there too. Looking forward to a good February.

Total Loss for Week Three:
Finally saw another new low this morning, which was exciting. I'm now just 0.2 pounds from having lost 25% of my starting weight, as well as just 1.0 pounds from Onederland. Also, my total loss today overall is now 66.6 pounds. So apparently I am evil today. Wait, that can't be right....that would imply that there were days when I'm NOT evil.
Anyway, last night it was raining, so I decided to walk on my treadmill. I strapped on my Enell bra and figured I'd mix in a couple minutes of jogging if I felt up to it. Oh My Gosh! It is SO much easier to jog at 200 pounds than it was at 230. I haven't really tried for a while. I jogged for several 1 minute increments and wasn't even winded, so I decided to see how long I could go for. I jogged for 4 minutes straight and then went back to walking because my legs were getting tired, but I still wasn't even winded. At All! It was a really slow jog (3.5, I didn't even change the treadmill speed when I switched from walk to jog, just changed my gait), but still a jog. Apparently it is time for me to try the Couch 2 5k program again. I tried before, but never made much progress at it, so stopped. Now, I think I could even start on week 3 or even 4. CRAZY.

I was all jittery last night. I sometimes suffer from low BP and low blood sugar, and I've been known to pass out so I had some chocolate, then complex carbs, and lay down. It sometimes happens during TOM so I'm not worried, but it doesn't feel great.
Follena: Way to go this week. I knew you were due for a good one.
Newlyn: You might think it didn't feel good, but what I hear is that you listened to your body and gave it what it needed (which is different than what you are craving). Listening to your body is a great accomplishment.

I'm in ONEDERLAND!!!! I had an overnight whoosh and landed firmly in the 100s today. I'm not really counting it as official until I see a weekly average under 200, but still that is very exciting to see this morning and I admit I did a happy dance around my house for a while. Also, that means I got to mark off my 25% lost minigoal and I get to change my signature to reflect another significant milestone achieved.
Only 8 pounds to overweight. Considering I started as Class 3 Morbid Obese, that is amazing to think that soon I will not be obese at all anymore.
Edited because I just realized that means I met my goal for the month as well. I haven't done that in such a long time that I forgot to turn it red.
Edited again because I forgot to add that I looked back through my Fitday history and the last time I was in Onederland was 3/11/08. It has been over a decade since I was last here.
