My target's for July are: 1) Do knee strengthening exercises that i got from physio, at least 5 days out of 7
2) Do at least 2x cardio sessions per week in first two weeks of July, and 3x per week in second two weeks of July
3) Start regular push-ups/core exercises

I took a break from my dvd's for a few days to enjoy the nice weather with walks in the park. Back to my dvd's today, though. Just finished the penultimate workout in my challenge. If I have energy left after today's errands, I may go for the final one later today.
