Default question

Hi, my doctor says I have a torn meniscus, my knee & not to exercise but I can have occupational therapy until I decide to have surgery.
That doesn't make much sense to me.
Some days it hurts to walk & other days I feel normal unless I bend it.
Other than walking, do you have any 'gentle exercise' ideas that any of you have done?

MiniDoodles - I’d say gentle yoga avoiding anything that puts pressure on your knee or would stretch your knee a lot. Perhaps a yoga DVD?
