    Noticeable progress today! A few weeks ago, I returned to a workout that I hadn't done regularly in years. It has moves that require coordination and balance (not my strong suits ). Back when I first started up again, I wondered how I ever used to do those moves without losing my balance. Today, I was able to do the moves smoothly, no problem at all. I love that kind of progress, such a rewarding feeling.
