Ange Yes! I'm am so close to 50 lbs down! Maybe by the end of this week! I'm really working to stay on track! You're doing so well with your maintenance!
Lacerta Thanks! This week my body has been very good to me in spite of working so much extra and not getting enough sleep! Congrats on keeping your whoosh. Hope your ankle is getting better!
LGW! Glad to see you here, just join in, this is truly a great group!
I bumped up a little today but again not surprised with my crazy extra shifts. The good thing is since we're so busy I can pick up and save the money I will need to find a new place and move my Sept 1st so blessing all around and I still have a net loss. Hopefully I can stay on track and get to 50 lbs down soon!

Doh, just lost a big post
Now i'm grumpy and don't want to write it again.
Anyway down to 115.5 today, and ready for my weekend gain to begin lol.
Riestrella - hope you're feeling better soon, it's not fair when you have great motivation but get knocked down by feeling ill Lacerta - fantastic effort on being your lowest since 2010. Do you feel great?! Are you in the zone to zoom straight past this weight?
Lacerta - Congrats on being firmly in the 230's and at your lowest since before 2010. That's terrific!!
Nothing new on my end, will report if I ever drop below 139. I'm still happy that it's no longer a 4 looking back at me. I hope I skip right over 134 and 124.

Itty bitty drops. Yesterday I had a lunch meeting and all they had was pizza. So that wasn't great. And I ate a bowl of cereal before bed. I've been pretty good about staying in my IF window - not sure where my self control went.
I feel like I've had PMS the whole month. Not sure if this is part of getting older (I'm 45) but it is not fun.

Chunka: Glad that you finally got unstuck from 140
boatingmommy: Have a safe trip and have fun
ange: I've had that happen too, and I almost never want to go back and rewrite everything. Ugh. I do feel really good this week and I'm really enjoying the progress I'm making right now. I'm hoping to crush my goal this month and give myself a bit of cushion for my end of year goal.
Riestrella: Colds are weird for me. Sometimes, I eat everything in sight. Doesn't matter what. Other times, I don't eat anything at all. Never know which it is going to be until it happens. Feel better soon.
momtopands: The great thing is that if you don't get to 50 pounds this week, you definitely will next week, because you keep moving in the right direction. As long as the trend is down.

Officially down 30 pounds now, YAY. I put a little birdie as my avatar. This has been a good week, which makes up for last week being a not so good week
My weight tracker gives me a trend line so I can see if I'm ahead of schedule for my goals or behind. Today is the first day since May that I've actually been below the line (ahead of schedule) for that month. So that was fantastic to see.
My ankle is feeling better each day. I'm not limping at all anymore, so working to strengthen it again, since it still gets tired pretty quickly, but it is more achy than actually painful. I think I'm going to try a 1/2 mile walk (with the brace on) on my treadmill this weekend and see how that goes. I don't want to get out in the neighborhood and be too far from home and have it totally exhausted.
This morning I weighed at 184.6 lbs, which was a surprising and not well earned drop I must say! Yesterday I felt on and off sick again, but I guess I did ok with my food intake to drop in weight? I felt I had too many grains again but I must have countered it with a lot of water. Either way, I'm not expecting to stay at this weight, but I hope I can average out at 185 lbs. I'm going to be a busy bee today but I hope I can fit in a walk at some point and then do an Insanity workout tomorrow.
As for my weekend plans, I have nothing planned tomorrow but then Sunday is D&D again!

New all time low which gives me some nice wiggle room this weekend. It also means I've lost more than 20kg this year (which was a target I was sort of interested in since I've been so close for so long), which is 28% of my bodyweight and 44lb. Yeay. Did I mention how great I feel Riestrella - I looked at those Liberty puzzles - they look fantastic, and no, I hadn't heard of them before. I can see why they are relatively expensive. I bet they're really nice to do. I might make a purchase, although it's a pity they don't have ones with more pieces though as the biggest I could see were around 800.

So not a great end to the week. I ended up having some pizza yesterday, and while I didn't go over on my calories, I believe pepperoni pizza is pretty high in sodium, so I assume this gain is some water retention. I'm hoping to be back down tomorrow. But still a decent loss overall for the week.
HOWEVER: I tried on my size 16 jeans again yesterday, just to see if I was any closer to buttoning them. I didn't really expect to be able to even button them up this month, that was really a stretch goal. But I was able to not only button, but zip them without any acrobatics. Huge surprise to me. So I tried on my shorts that are also a 16, and I couldn't even get them over my hips. ... Have I mentioned I hate women's sizing? One brand, size 16 fits, another brand isn't even in the ballpark. So that will be my next clothing goal, to fit into all of my size 16 jeans. I think I have 3 different brands. I'll have to figure out which ones are closest to fitting. My 18s fit without a muffin top now, so I've started wearing them instead of the 16W. So that is 2 sizes down since I started (maybe 1 1/2 since 16W to 18 is like 1/2 size, but the 18Ws were tight to start with, I should have been in a bigger size, so I'm counting it as 2 full sizes). I don't have any 14s in the brand I've been wearing, which apparently run larger, so I'll be in 16 for a while, I think. Very probably even through the end of the year and into Onederland (the shorts will most likely fit best around November/December...ugh). So I'll have to make individual pairs my goals instead of new sizes.
Not too much to report today! Still having a hard time motivating myself to work out. I think I still have a slight sinus infection and I'm definitely suffering from lack of decent sleep these days which ultimately plummets my motivation. I'll have to power through somehow! This morning I had a small drop of 0.2 lbs and I'm down to 184.4 lbs. Nice to be heading towards the 170's again!
Have a great weekend!

ange82 - Eeep, congrats on smashing that goal! Yeah, Liberty puzzles are expensive, but they are so much fun. They are small but I think they're so beautiful and satisfying to put together it's worth it if you have the extra cash. I know they sell frames for their puzzles that you can see the puzzle on both sides.
Chunk - You're so close to your goal, go go go!
Lacerta - Wow, well done you for shrinking into your jeans! It's such a great feeling, isn't it? I've unfortunately grown too big for my wardrobe and can't really afford to buy new clothes, so I'm going to be stoked to be able to fit back into stuff without feeling like I'm bulging! I've got a couple of dresses that I bought smaller so I could fit into them someday, that will be a tear jerking moment when I can finally zip up the back.
