Hope everyone's having a great weekend. I've had really good weather so far this weekend and have been enjoying myself so far. I sustained a tiny muscle injury yesterday so I'll be taking it easy the next few days. That probably means that I'll experience a bump up as well. But I'll make up for it with extra running once I'm good to go.
Kfunk I am very glad too that my daughter seems to be making an effort no matter how small. As far as my calories it has me down to 1700, I started at almost 1850 and this is based on losing 1 lb per week, I put in 1.5 lb per week but that would drop me down to 1450 per day and I haven't had too many days like that so I decided to try and stay about halfway between at 1550-1600. So far I have had drops so maybe this is the answer to getting past this point.

nicoley Hopefully you will be pleasantly surprised by what the scale shows you!
ange A much deserved "normal" outing! I like the idea of shaking things up myself. I would guess that by later in the week you see your new low!
chub I hope that your muscles injury heals very soon!!
momtopands I really enjoyed calorie counting and I am sure that is what I will be doing at some point again before I hit my final goal. I'm glad that you found a zone that is working well for you!
Holding onto my loss for the week and the new calorie range is working. With TOM coming I'm hoping things keep going down!

I've been staying on plan, and seem to developed a pattern of loss. One week stable with little to no loss and one week 2+ lb. loss. I can definitely live with that. Tried on last season's snowboard pants and I can pull them off without unbuttoning. Last time I wore them was 3/26/18. I'll save trying on my smaller snowboard pants until I hit -20lbs or I need some encouragement.
Have a great week everyone, I'll catch up on personals tomorrow.
momtopands: Thank you...and, nice losses! I hope the MFP adjustment helps you keep moving down and fully breaks you through your yoyo'ing phase! What a great thing to hear about your time spent with your daughter, by the way -- that's awesome!
kfunk: I'm glad you've been able to stay under that decade line...good job!
nicoley73: I'm glad that the damage from your night out didn't actually end up being bad at all!
ange82much: I hope you were able to get rehydrated after your night out and that your weigh-in goes well today, as well!
chub: I hope your muscle feels better ASAP!
SnowMama: Good job staying consistent on the scale, even with TOM going on in the first half of the week...and nice clothing NSV, as well!
-----------------------------------------
I held steady at 177.8 yesterday and went down a bit to 176.4 today! Yesterday, I was a little low on the water and only drank a little over one of my bottles -- about 2.5 liters -- so, I'm hoping it's not just a little dehydration at play. We will see tomorrow after having a normal day today. But, for now, that means I am down 3.0 lbs for Week Three and that I get my next dragonfly in my signature! Just hoping I get to keep it all come tomorrow!

Well done momtopands, snowmama, Ophelia, chub, kfunk on losing well this week, nicoley you're back to the grindstone too! Ophelia - your new dragonfly is really really impressive. absolutely amazing achievement by you - you're very inspiring and are such a good role model for everyone here.
Just me letting the side down at the moment then!
Feeling committed (not enthusiastic perhaps), but keen to stick to the plan and see what story the scales decide to tell me this week. Me and the scales are not as close as we used to be right now. I'm prepared to negotiate but they're being a bit over the top and slightly unreasonable if you ask me.......

Still sticking around - despite peeing out about a gallon of water yesterday. I did eat some very salty food last night. We go out to a BBQ place on Mondays sometimes to play trivia. Last night we won - which very rarely happens! So it was worth not seeing a drop on the scale this morning.
Great job Ophelia - it's so impressive how much weight you have lost!
Ange - it's super hard when you get skinny! I would just be patient and consistent if you can.

Nicoley- Congrats on winning trivia!! Keep chugging that water and hopefully salt will leave and you will see a nice whoosh!
Momtopands- Nice loss this week!! Glad to see that the new range is working so well for you!
Snowmama- Great job!! That is awesome that you are recognizing your patterns! I seem to lose in the same manner. Pulling your snowboarding pants off without unbuttoning them is a huge NSV!!
Ophelia- Thank you!! You smoked it this week, congrats!!! You are doing sooooo well, awesome job getting your next dragonfly!!
Ange- Sticking to the plan is all it takes, no enthusiasm needed! I hope that your scale gets its act together asap!
ange82much: That is incredibly sweet of you to say, thank you so much!
nicoley73: Thank you...and, congrats on winning the Monday night trivia this week! Nights out like that sound like they would be a ton of fun.
kfunk: Thank you...you've done great this week, too! Fingers crossed that we can bring this success with us into the upcoming weeks, as well.
momtopands: That is great!! So happy to hear that your daughter will be coming home today!

Up a smidge to 176.6, but less of a bump than I expected and still under that pound line, so I get to keep my new dragonfly for another day. I got in a little bit of extra water yesterday - about 5 liters in total - so, I'm happy about that, too! Just did a 4 mile walk last night and will probably do the same tonight...maybe a workout video if I can get some privacy with the TV, lol. I also need to remember to do my physical therapy stretches tonight -- I've forgotten for the last couple days straight! Hope everyone is having a great day today!

One week left of May, and if I don't get to 122lb by then it'll be the first time I've failed in any of the targets I've set myself, which is kind of ironic since this was the 'easiest' target I've ever set! Hubby's away for the next couple of days though, so I should be able to be ultra boring with my eating, eat when I want, and not get distracted.
I'm running out of inspiring ideas as to what to eat these days too. I'm happy enough to find something meal-to-meal, but would like to get a few batches of things made and bagged up for the freezer. Problem is what to make that will seem different but appealing!..... Feel like I've overdone the cabbage/pea/turkey based thing, the tomato/olives/fish based thing, the chicken/mushroom based thing. Any ideas welcome!! Still fancying a foray in to eggplant which I've not cooked before so perhaps i'll have a go with that this week.
