I had another loss today and am the lowest I've been since last fall! Goodbye, indulgent Saturday nights.

I'd rather keep up the progress than eat and drink whatever on that night. I think the extra steps I've been getting in are helping too, and now that I'm used to it, those steps feel routine and almost effortless. I'm so happy to be losing again.
My goal this month was 5 pounds. I'm a pound away from that and likely won't be losing that pound before the end of the month. But I will be losing it eventually!
Relativity is a funny thing. I'm so happy to be at my current weight now, on the way down, but when I was gaining the weight about 3 years ago, seeing this weight on my scale would've been alarming.

so the more pertinent info, the better. What you said was incredibly helpful. I was having a hard time visualizing 40 lbs of chicken breast (wondering if I could squeeze it in my freezer), so I appreciated the heads up that a deep freezer or co-buyer would work best.
