Well, my goal was pretty aggressive, and I didn’t make it but I got close. Saturday I did a 12 mile bike ride and 3 hours of active yard work (mowing, edging, moving CMU block) and I’m fairly certain I’ll get a drop when my fluid levels balance back out. This month was my start, and I’m committed to staying on plan. Thanks for all of the encouragement, see you in May!
