ophelia I hope that your little uptick goes away today, but at least you know its due to sodium and even with that little bump up, you are still moving down really well!
kelijpa you are doing so well!! I noticed that on the day you had more water than normal you had a big drop down and the same thing happened to me the other day! I swear by that, although it might be coincidence!
I had a really good day yesterday in the face of temptation, so I am super pumped about that!!
That's a good weight to see, but I'm still eating too few calories for long-term sustainability. I predict that my recovery from stomach flu will include actual hunger today. I want to be thoughtful about how much and what I allow back into my routine, since I have this opportunity to reset things.
yangster: We'll have 60 degrees today in St. Louis, too, but probably rain all day. Then we get back into winter weather -- our low tonight will be 16! A 44-degree temperature drop is a lot!
gardenerjoy I am sorry to hear that you had the stomach bug, that sounds awful. It seems to be going around where I am at too. My husband, daughter and son all had it. I hope that you are able to gradually get back to a normal diet.
Just a quick post.The alarm went off while I was swimming yesterday. So I was literally dragged out of the pool. everyone was soaking wet and waiting in the cold outside. I still don't know why, but will find out tomorrow. It was so funny and awkward. Joe
Weigh-in was 204.4 today, so moving back down again. Today was the first time I attempted to do the elliptical with just my toddler and I here at home together in the morning, and he got bored of sitting out in the garage with me watching cartoons on the iPad after about 20 mins...so, I probably won't be able to get in a full half hour or work up to my goal of an hour during the day, but I'm going to keep testing it out to see if he'll get used to it. For now, I'm just going to take the 20 mins and either do more on the elliptical tonight when everyone is home or go out for one of my walks this evening to round out the day. Already doing better on the water so far this afternoon, and I feel like I might actually hit my goal for that in the first time in forever...we will see!
