Back down some thing morning, but I'm still up and I'm exactly where I was last Monday giving my net loss for week 3 at a big fat ZERO.
Just a bit frustrating knowing I haven't gone off track once. Just going to keep at it. I'm starting IF back up today so having less insulin spikes should make a difference. Hopefully.
Hope everyone has a nice Monday.

gail28 I started taking a multivitamin. I am counting calories but I can't lose all the weight watchers training from over the years and taking a daily vitamin is one of the healthy habits!
I've noticed that I get a big whoosh on Monday after I worked the weekend. I am pretty sure it is from the changing in my sleep cycle since I work night shift every weekend. I stay on plan though so I don't sabotage myself when the scale goes up the days I work. So far so good! I'm still waiting for the slow down with the weight loss. I know I won't keep losing at this rate so I will not allow myself to fall into negative thinking which has been a huge thing for me to overcome.

Nita..welcome back. are you on WW online program, or you still go to the meetings?
momtopands..I can relate to the negative thought. Look at the big picture, you've come a long way. Should be proud of yourself.
gail28..I'm sure you'll get into the 180's within the next couple of weeks. keep up the good work. Btw, since you crave fruits, Any fresh fruit, even those banned from other diets such as grapes and bananas, have zero points on the Weight Watchers plan. Apples, oranges, strawberries, kiwi, watermelon and pears have zero points. Eating these healthy foods satisfies your taste buds and your appetite.
TooManyDimples..even you lose zero weight this week, you might still lost some fat and gained some muscle, muscle is heavier than fat, remember? don't focus too much on the scale, think about how good you feel after you eat healthy and exercise everyday.
kfunk6113..you can lose lots of water weight by drinking lots of water, lol
flower1..waving hello
kelijpa..I like your quote of achievement and work, congrates on hitting your LT goal of 148
opheliaphoenix..weight fluctuation is so normal. this is why I don't weight myself everyday. lol
gardenerjoy..are we going to have a new thread next month?
momtopands: Nice loss for the week, and great whoosh!
kfunk: I'll be right there with you! Except I actually had a gain last week from all the bloat, lol. Hopefully, Week Four will be great for all of us!
TooManyDimples: I hope that doing IF again helps you have a better result for your efforts this week!
Joe: It is definitely the frustrating aspect of daily weighing, lol...you've got to learn to take the bad with the good and remember that it will all settle out in the end if you're staying on plan during the highs and lows. Just keeping that in mind and trucking on!
The scale was down a smidge back to 203.8, so I'm hoping this is the beginning of a downward trend again, since I think this is my last day of TOM. Fingers crossed! I didn't hit my water goal yesterday of two bottles, but I still got in one (2.2 L)...going to focus on trying to get in that second one today. I also did a full hour straight on the elliptical for the first time yesterday! So, building up my stamina a little is at least one good thing going on for me this week, health-wise...lol.
On a side note, in case any of you have been wanting to go see it, my husband and I went out to the movies this weekend and saw The Greatest Showman...it was really good! Lots of beautiful visuals and scenes, a solid soundtrack, and great acting. I was surprised that critics are rating it on the lower side (most seem to think it wasn't enough of a historically accurate tale of P.T. Barnum's life for their taste, ignoring that it was a musical inspired by it instead of a full-on drama/biopic), but the audience score is understandably high. My husband typically hates musicals, but even he really liked it...so, thumbs up from both of us!

Gail28 I have been doing WW for about a year and a half, the first year I wasn’t really doing it, although I was going to meetings. I lost some then started to gain some back. My year anniversary came along and I started thinking about what I was doing. I listened to a podcast called whys advice, there are a number of ways to find him, www.whysadvice.com is one of the easiest. it got me to start tracking, his tag line is when you’re out of points stop eating points. Anyway, it got me really working the program from August until now and I’ve lost 30 pounds since then.
Nita welcome back. I really like the new program, it got me back to within 2 pounds of my lifetime goal weight so this is my first month free. I got lifetime back in the 90s.
Ophelia thanks for the review, sometimes I really like the movies that the critics don’t I struggle with the water a lot myself, I like it, I don’t know why I don’t drink more...
Yangster thank you! It’s hard for me to wrap my head around being in my lifetime range at WW it’s been many years. My goal weight on my ticker may be a stretch, but for my height puts me in a normal BMI. I use my WW weight on the ticker, my daily weight is on my scale at home. Congrats on your loss
After 9 months the hideous beast has returned! Welcome to 2018!! 2.5 weeks long. Really? The recount starts again. (insert heavy sigh here ....)
Then I am having lung issues. I have asthma that developed because of Pluresy about 10 years ago. I am living in the Caribbean and it's really moist. Have been here for almost 1.5 years and apparently my lungs are not happy about it at all. We are moving to Mexico (a dry area) in April so hopefully that will help out. But until then med's baby. And no alcohol. So far not missing it actually.
I also started the 5:2 - which my husband has joined me on - yeah not doing it by myself. So far so good. Really liking the diet / change of lifestyle. I actually got down to 153 on day this month. Yeah. (I love weighing myself daily as it gives you that little boost in confidence.)
SW: 160
CW: 154 - down 6 lbs
GW: 155
I have been reading the posts - good work you guys!
Good luck everyone and I will post again at the end of the month.
Nice drop this morning down to a new low for the year! Not sure if it's the IF or if it was just my body getting back on track after that weird gain a few days ago. Either way I'm much happier with my scale this morning.
Thanks for the words Joe and Ophelia. Hope everyone has a nice day!

I binged again last night, but kept it light, just vegetable soups. I tend to skip breakfast the next morning.
opheliaphoenix..I love the greatest showman, especially the song"never enough". I didn't know P.T. Barnum was a real person. What's your favorite song?
Joe
toomanydimples Congrats on your new low!! It is fun when you are pleased with your scale!! I love IF!
nita welcome!!
momtopands nice whoosh!! Great job staying consistent this weekend when the scale wasn't being cooperative!
ophelia Glad to see that you are going back down and that your TOM is wrapping up! My TOM should be done today. The last 2 months my cycles have been really long, not great timing since we are TTC. Last month is was 40 days and this month it finally came at 2 days.. ridiculous!! Congrats on doing the elliptical for an hour, that is awesome!!
kelijpa you are doing a great job!! That little nudge up will drop back down in no time!!
joe I drank 80oz yesterday but hope to get more today. No change this morning so I didn't drink enough yesterday! Sorry to hear about your binge last night.. it is difficult.
gail you are doing awesome!! I like your 3rd goal of maintaining until the end of the month!
wanttochange I hope that moving helps improve your lung function. Congrats on the 6 lb. loss!! When you do 5:2 are you eating lightly 2 days per week, or not at all?
