strlsgrl Your workout regime looks great!! I haven't worn my Fitbit in some time, but I was really surprised at how low my step count was throughout the day. I would have guessed that it was close to 10,000 but it usually ended up around 3500 (weekends were higher). I should wear mine the next time I get on the treadmill to see how many steps I can get in the hour workout.

boop UGH, no fun!! I hope that the bloating and cramping ease up!

boop I am excited for the next challenge! I will start thinking about what I would like my goal to be! The 100 lb. milestone will be nice since there is no way I will lose 12 lbs. by next month, but I would like to shoot for more than that!!

I hope that everyone has a great weekend!! I struggle with the weekends so to help, I am going to make a weekend support thread, pop in if you guys are bored or are looking for some extra support!

This is not how I envisioned reaching my goal weight. I've lost 6.2 pounds since Sunday.

On Friday I started having vibrating arms and legs episodes with chest pains. Went in to instacare. Everything came back negative, even the flu test. He still thinks flu, and possible developing bronchitis. He said they don't test for every strain of the flu. He did some bloodwork to run more test won't know more about it until Tues/Wed. Just want to be better.

Ugh!! So tired of these same numbers looking back at me on the scale!! At this rate I'll be happy to see the 160's by Spring.

BlondieCJ definitely not a fun way to lose weight. Hope you are better this week!

No weight loss for me this week but i have reached my goal of 10,000 steps every day and my jeans are feeling loose so maybe a whoosh this week.

blondie I am glad that you went in to instacare, those symptoms sound so scary! I hope that you are feeling better today.. Congrats on reaching your goal weight amidst everything that you have going on!

boop I hope that the scale starts moving for you very soon! I admire your perseverance and dedication!!!

stlsgrl Great job sticking to your plan!! I would take loose jeans over the scale moving any day of the week!! I bet your whoosh is on its way!

169.6 I am back up to what I weighed on Friday and I was perfectly on plan this weekend... gotta love the nonsensical readings that the scale gives us from time to time!! I will see how the rest of the week goes, but I think this might be one of the weeks during the month that I bounce around without losing anything.

I hope everyone is having a great start to their week!

kfunk - I am finally on the mend, broke the fever yesterday. Looking forward to getting my strength back. I told myself when I reached 175, I'd start exercising...ugh... I hate it but I gotta figure it out. I am squish mess - going to to need to tone up and get stronger.
