  • Hello, I have been lurking forever it seems! Now is the time to take action. I find so much inspiration from you all. I would love to get involved with this challenge. I too am starting my efforts tomorrow. Count me in! I would like to break 200. I haven't seen that since 2011.

    C7KB That must feel amazing not to worry about a holiday gain, great job sticking to your plan! Congrats on your whoosh!! I had a huge whoosh in the wrong direction this morning. Hopefully it comes off fast though!

  • my coach has requested I throw my scales out for the rest of the month and only weigh in monthly on the first... so, for now, I guess I will comply, ill be back if that does not work :-)

  • I'm in! I am 19.2 pounds from the top number of my "normal" weight range . I'm also coming up on my 1 year mark of my current weight loss journey. I'd love to make it to goal weight by spring. Is the end date March 21st?
  • C7KB oh no! I hate when that happens!! You are totally right though, it is probably water or a regular fluctuation, I hope that it drops back off very soon! I have a late Christmas party on Saturday and then we are celebrating my sons bday on Sunday so that is going to be difficult for me.
