8: 93.55
9: 93.15 (yay! Home-made chicken soup with tiny dumplings is light enough to work for suppers)
10: 92.8 (that drop may be attributed to lack of sleep, not the healthiest way to do this work)
11: 92.55 (sick -- another non-recommended method of weight loss)
12: 92.85 (not too surprised to see a bump up after two artificially low days)
13: 92.55 (skipped a snack yesterday just because life was too busy)
14: 93.15 (larger than normal snack -- can't get away with that!)
Start Weight: 138.2
Goal Weight: 135.2
Current Weight: 133.6
I just had a whoosh today and reached my goal weight for January. Thanks GardernerJoy for sending it! Oops, I will send it back to ladyinweight!
I am planning to continue what I am doing because it's working for me.
Next week I will have to upper my protein because I will return to lifting.
Thanks GardenerJoy for running this Challenge.
I see great losses on this thread, everyone keep working hard, don't give up!
I don't have enough time left to do personals on this thread, but just wanted to say "Congrats!" to the others who have hit goal for this month as well..."Keep it up!" to those who are making progress..."Welcome!" to the newcomers...and, "Don't lose hope, keep at it!" to those who are struggling. Group hug all around!
Weigh-in was 281.6 this morning, which puts me at 6.6 lbs down for the week! However, I struggled to get adequate calories in yesterday so it may be an artificial low for the day...still going to log it in the meantime. Went to the gym yesterday, but my husband wore one of those sauna suits while on the treadmill and may have overdone it a bit, so we're taking a rest day today. I'll probably still do a little something here at the house myself, though. Maybe a workout video or some yoga. We'll be picking back up our weekend plan for the gym tomorrow morning. Going grocery shopping tonight and will continue to buy what I need to stay on track, foodwise. See you guys tomorrow!

Great work opheliaphoenix, you sound super focused and getting great results because of it.
ladyinweighting it's fantastic to finally see that whoosh to get you back on your way isn't it?
I'm 0.8 up this morning, but not worrying as this is the way with daily weigh ins. Yesterday I couldn't do anything active as I woke up with mystery foot pain so resting up for the weekend and hoping I can be active from Monday. Today I will make a meal plan for next week and an exercise plan that will be kinder to my foot too.
Half way through the month, hoping to make target...... have a lovely Sunday everyone.
Hope it's ok if I join late in the month! I'm doing a challenge that started last Friday and goes until March.
Starting weight Jan 12th: 198.8
Goal on March 1st: 175

ladyinweighting: good for you for hanging on until the whoosh fairy arrived!
January Goal: 91.55 (-2 kgs)
15: 92.5 (yay! new low for the month)
Weigh-in was 281.6 again this morning, so no change on the scale today. However, I'm feeling really lethargic and bloated from TOM today, so I am not really surprised. Still managed to get the hour in on the treadmill at the gym even though I would have rather stayed curled up in bed with a heating pad, so I will at least take that part as a small victory...haha.
