Starting weight: 138.2
Goal weight: 135.2
Current weight: 137.6
I have a feeling I will meet my goal this month. Doing good with eating.
Don't get frustrated ladyinweight, it takes time. You should expect to lose no more than 2 pounds a week, and you've been only doing it for 10 days. So you are right on track. Stay at it! Never quit!
Ophelia, you are killing it!
Chouku, you are doing great. I am going to start keto next week too, but with a lot more veggies!
1/3 - 195.6
1/4 - 193.9
1/5 - 193.9
1/6 - 194.7
1/7 - 195.5
1/8 - no WI
1/9 - 194.4
1/10 - 194.1
1/11 - 193.6
Goal for challenge - 188
Took my mother to lunch for her birthday...totally not on plan...we'll see how bad it was tomorrow!

8: 93.55
9: 93.15 (yay! Home-made chicken soup with tiny dumplings is light enough to work for suppers)
10: 92.8 (that drop may be attributed to lack of sleep, not the healthiest way to do this work)
11: 92.55 (sick -- another non-recommended method of weight loss)
12: 92.85 (not too surprised to see a bump up after two artificially low days)

ladyinweighting: I tend to lose in fits and starts. Sometimes, all my loss happens in one week of the month. The rest of the time my body just seems to be adjusting to the new weight. Then, sometime in the next month, I'll get another whoosh.
It's been a while since the "whoosh fairy" has made an appearance in this thread, so let's all wish to send her to ladyinweighting! Once she's visited, you can send her to someone else who needs a whoosh.
stronggal: Thanks! And, great job with eating on-plan!
boatingmommy: I hope your mother had a happy birthday!
Weekend Boater: Definitely a good thing to keep in mind! It is only the 12th, there is still plenty of time.
ladyinweighting: I'm sorry you've been stuck on a frustrating plateau this week. Gardenerjoy is right...weight tends to do that for me, too...it will come off in larger bursts, then nothing for awhile, then another whoosh will hit after each little plateau. It's not like that for everyone, but it is for some of us. I'm hoping you get your big whoosh of relief soon to reflect all your dedictaion...until then, I'm sending the "whoosh fairy" your way and you just keep at it!
Weigh-in was 284.2 today. I measured a little later in the morning than usual, so it is showing lower than it probably should be but I will take it for now...lol. May be starting TOM tonight or tomorrow, so not looking forward to the what the scale might try to tell me over the next week.
-- P.S. That technically puts me at my goal for the month, but I'm not sure if I should call it just yet, considering?

gardenerjoy: I ended up a little on the low side of my calories yesterday from the same thing. Hope you have a more relaxed day today.

Weigh-in was 283.4 today, so still under goal as of this morning! However, TOM came last night right before bed, so we'll see what happens...lol. Husband has a 4-day weekend this weekend and wants to go to the gym every day while he's off, so I'll be joining him. Hoping TOM doesn't get too mean, so I'll take it a little easier while we're there...but, I'm still going to go. Hope everyone has a great day today!
