Thanks for the way-to-go's! :D This forum has really made me try to be accountable. I think my monthly goal was kinda measly though compared to others, lol! But I am pretty sure I have felt improvement in daily things. Like when I go down the stairs first thing after waking up, I am upright, not clinging to the bannister and going "oo eee ouch" :rofl:
And a big singular motivator will be coming soon, I need cataract surgery and want to be in the best health I can for that, plus I won't be allowed to work out for about 2 weeks afterwards. |
