So for a second January Goal, for the time left I want to lift 5x minimum. I think the biking and morning aerobics will take care of themselves, but I will find out. This break from lifting is good for me. I was overdoing it. But now I no longer feel sore on my shoulders when I have to take off my shirt! Workinlikeadog: Exact opposite of me.
