Hi Ladies, I hope everyone had a nice weekend. I was completely off plan for Saturday nights dinner but went right to it sunday and did well through the luncheon and temptations. The past 2 days have gone well and I am feeling less carb cravings now and enjoying my protein and vegetables. Just taking it day by day and focusing on each day.

Would you do me a favor when you get the chance? I am in the Christmas challenge but would like to be involved here as well and will adjust my weigh-ins for here and I think breaking it up into smaller monthly segments would be very helpful (plus of course I love it here, lol) sooo with that being said could you please put me down for an 8 lb. loss this month?

Oh, someone said something about a "cowardly goal" but I can't see the nick in the posts here now, I don't feel at all it is cowardly. I think just the fact that you have a goal and are working towards it and are here means so much! Keep at it,
