Good morning Ladies I tried to post last night and this morning and lost them as I was getting a message saying I was not logged in for some reason so trying again and I will copy and paste this just in case! lol

[B][/Jaqui and GardnerjoyB] thank you for the welcome back I am so happy to be here and very thankful. Jaqui, tyyyyy I was thrilled when I saw you and ran into the other room to tell my husband! It would be nice if I found my old pass, maybe you can still call me FSA or WB The nic is an incentive of mine to go out on the weekend this summer when everyoneeeeeee from my old hometown goes on the water/beach, versus the rather quiet weekdays which I much prefer! Have a safe trip back home

[B][/GettinFitB] I did the SB a long time ago and had great success with phase 1 as well and the 3rd week went okay but once I introduced those carbs again I went overboard thereafter. Day one went well yesterday with the exception of 4 wheat thins...If I see another slip up they are going out! The birds might like them. I really hated those food commercials last night while I was watching t.v! Congrats on you weightloss and to everyone else as well as well as the journey and for hanging in there and moving forward.

[B][/RenB] yayyyyyyy on reaching onderland! That is awesome! Congrats

Welcome to those who just joined in as well, it's never too late ...I am really happy to be here and plan to catch up on the threads and I will try and keep up with the posts. Have a great and successful day everyone hugs

No change in weight for me today but that's okay.

Weekend Boater - I hope you survived the Wheat Thins I love those things! I remember when I went to Phase 2, it took me a couple weeks before I lost anything else but during both phases I lost 27 pounds. Hang in there.

Good morning Ladies, I hope everyone had a good night and woke up to a good day.

GettingFit The 27 lb. loss on the diet is great and inspirational, thanks for the encouragement I am hanging in there and drinking a lot of water, I always find the first few days the most challenging. You are getting close to goal! Oh btw, the bit of wheat thins that were left got tossed out for the birds lol

I see a lot of you are already close to goal and keeping on truckin' despite no loss days , TOM, etc. I admire you all for those daily weigh in's, it never worked out well for me but works beautifully for some people and it's inspirational to see and a reminder and encouragement for us to keep going despite what the scale says and does.

A close friend of mine here that was in the thread with me weighed daily and despite sometime no loss or a minute loss kept going, in the end she had lost all the weight she wanted and became a marathon runner!

Congratulations to you all on your weight loss

A wonderful quote I always remembered " we do not fail unless we give up"

Glad to be here and I will make an effort to post daily ( I will add my chart on my weekly weigh in day). I snuck a peek on the scale this morning and no loss "but yes that is okay" ty GettinFit!

Have a terrific day ladies

Okay! That's a much better jump up than the last time I moved from Dad's scale back to my scale! I'm so glad I decided to weigh with my clothes on while visiting him. Some of the difference in my weight today could be due to my not having much water yesterday since I didn't want to have to keep stopping while traveling, but the good news is I officially get to move my ticker down a notch!

FSA/WB, I'm glad you got your computer working correctly again! I hear ya on those food commercials! I have to mute them and look away, haha! And good idea on feeding the birds with the Wheat Thins! Those things are SO tempting!

Raining, thank you for your well wishes! It didn't turn out too badly. I have my fingers crossed for you for your pattern to back to normal and for you to see another drop tomorrow!

HereIStand, great news on the whoosh! You're about to reach goal!

Joy, yay on the drop back down! I hope you have a spectacular time on your trip!

Leopardspots, woohoo on being 6 lbs down!

PrairieQueen, congrats on the new decade!!! How exciting!

GettinFit, you're so close! Great job!

Eusebius, yay on the drop! Keep going!

Keli, lol, yep, this thread has been around for a long time and I hope it's around for years to come! I hope you have a great weekend!
