    10/20 - I forgot to weigh this morning! I was so tired that I showered, dressed, etc., etc., then remembered as it was almost time to leave for work.
    10/21 - 159.8 lbs (-2.8) Sigh.....was hoping for a little movement on the scale
    10/22 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) It's moving in the right direction finally.
    10/23 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) I see more exercise in my future . . .
    10/24 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) at least it's not going up
    10/25 - 159.8 lbs (-2.8)
    10/26 - DNW on purpose.....late dinner last night and I feel "puffy"

    Congrats to everyone on the weight loss and for keeping at it. 4 more days to go!! As for me, I am going to shoot for goal these next 4 days and or at least get as close as possible. Hoping for a good sudden drop and my plan is to drink a lot of water today and tomorrow and then let up on it for 2 days (as it generally take me a few days to release it all). Fingers crossed, shooting for not a bite of carbs (except my good veggies of course).

    I gained a half lb. I need to drink more water, although I didn't do a great job of it today either! Actually, I also forgot to eat lunch and dinner! Oops! I've been running around all day, trying to get ready for my trip to Boston tomorrow! I am hungry now though. I'll have to eat something, even though it's late.
