Yay! Time to get some weight off before the Holiday Season begins! I am really hoping to make it to the lower half of the 170's this month (and that won't be easy--the high 170's love me and hate to let me go ), so I'm shooting for 174 lbs. I'll post my starting weight tomorrow. Thanks so much for the new thread, Joy!
Thank you gardener joy for keeping the monthly challenge going! I want to be able to wear a LBD for New Year's so I'm in again! I am aiming for 157 lbs by Halloween. I will also post starting weight tomorrow

This could be a big month for me! I am within 8 pounds of one-derland for the first time in 8 years!!! It's going to be a little tricky, lots of family events (with food), Halloween treats and my 17 year wedding anniversary (going out to special dinner), but I am gonna give it a really good shot! My additional goal is to walk/ bike a minimum of 5 days a week for 20-40 minutes each time. Thanks for the new thread Joy! Good luck everyone, your success and bumps in the road keep me SO motivated and realistic. We'll see what tomorrow brings for a start weight!
