....well Gardner....I thought I had enough activity yesterday to tucker me out and help me sleep....guess not....at least I did not wake up once I fiiiinally went to sleep...I gotta find time to get some gardening done....You'd be tsk tsk tsking at my garden...it's so sad..
SeeMyFeet: my garden is pretty poorly, too. I lost energy for it somewhere in August, I think. But I'm still getting tomatoes out of it! Some years, I keep a few greens going well into winter, but I think I'm going to put it all to bed in mid-October and see if I can build up some more energy before spring.
September goals: 1300 min, 21x 8K steps, 8x Strength Training
I did 5K today and made my personal best in 2 areas.
1. I jogged the whole time! The. Whole. Time!!!! this is HUGE for me! i never thought i could do it! when i first started i could only jog 1 min! and i was pooped! Then (many many many moons later) i managed to jog 5 mins non stop. Then (many moons later) I did 2 miles none stop. AND TODAY... I did 5K jogging!
2. I made my personal best finishing at 36min50sec!!!

....which was a heroic feat for me because we (fam) had to skip outta town today--managed to squeak in a gym visit after working all morning and before packing up...driving all day to a parents weekend...Yay for wifi hotspots!!!

Hooray 37!!! You doing C25K?? I tried ever so hard to finish a C25K last year and found it utterly demoralizing.
Where did your energy go, Gardner?? mmmmmm....tomatoes fresh from the garden..mmmmmmm (my DD is making gag noises in the car...obviously there was a mix-up in the hospital when she was born)
SeeMyFeet, i never heard of C25K. Is it something from this forum? Is 25K in 1 day?
Update: no i never finished C5K. I was on week 5 last time i did it. I was doing pretty good up to that. I should probably return to C5K and finish it so I can actually FINISH it lol. I will look into C25K but that sounds HARD! lol HereIStand, thank you! If i inspire 1 personal it is an honor for me!

C25K is an abbreviation for Couch to 5K, a program to go from no exercise to running a 5K. Actually, there's probably several programs -- and, you may have just invented one of your own!
