nonameslob, I remember telling you that I am a fast walker. I put my Fitbit through a wash, maybe 6th time, and this time it died. So I put an app on my phone called Google Fit. -- Because I walk so fast at times, it thinks I am running Today our walk came to 1h 23 min; the app said, I walked 26 min, and ran 56 min There has been times when I have past runners/joggers.
My May Goal: 620 minutes of exercise. Walking three days a week. Dancing in between.

Hmm. I'm thinking my miles goal should have been lower! Oh well, it's a new way of tracking for me. We'll just see where I end up at the end of the month. I won't be able to get a long run in this weekend.
