Morning girls,

Digging project complete. Thank God.

Mavie - Way to go on the sale! I can't imagine selling houses knowing what I put my Realtor through, and I was nice. Good to see your C25K weeks moving along. Sounds like you healed well! I'm gonna head over and check out your blog in a bit.

Mindy - hows your house sale going? How's that ovary????

Carma - I'm with you on get in full gear. I have to get dressed "to the shoes" today if I am going to shake the funk of the time change last night.

So we went grocery shopping yesterday. I grabbed my fillers for snack and salads for NS. We got home, and hubby made hamburgers for dinner. When he asked what I was having for dinner, before starting to cook, I said NS. He immediately looked at the 9 patties he had on the plate (kids this weekend too). So since TOM is here (jerk) and since I tend to be borderline on iron, I had a burger. All calc'd out I had over my 1200, but like you Carma, did better than I expected. Everything looged in MFP. Probably 60oz of water yesterday. Going for POP today. Did about and hour of yard work so gonna count that as my exercise.

WEED for the week:
W: 64oz minimum
E: 20 Minute walk per day
E: NS logged on MFP
D: This isn't a will power thing. It's a choice. Chose well.

You girls have been busy this weekend. Weigh-in UGH!! Lost a tad but thought it should be more. Showed the house on Sat....again. Gym on SUnday. Ran first 4 miles pretty quickly, then walked 2 .75 more...total 6.75.

Today is appt. with OBGYN. Don't know exactly what to expect. We shall see.
Gym tonight, of course.

Kris- You would hate me. I have 4 dogs buried in my flower bed. I say they help my bush grow. We live in the country. Does that make a diff?? Good for you on the walks, keep walking sister.

MM- Congrats on the house sale. WIsh you could sell mine. We show it alot. People generally like it but there is always something holding them back. No basement is usually the killer.

Carma- HUSBANDS. We love them but sometimes...just leave us alone. Like when I tried to buy teddy grahams. I really wanted some.

Evening all!

Mindy - no issue with having them on the property. My issue was in a bag (doesn't decompse, trust me) and immediately after you sold the house to someone. If you laid them to rest years ago, they are absolutely acceptable. And I'm sure your bushes are beautiful. No ill feelings sister. How did the doc appt go?

Carma - nice job on the yoga and holding close to calories. Drive safe with the kiddos.

Mavie - you got the Harley out? Thought I saw a pic. How's work catch up going?

Jen, Emi, others... Hope you are all well.

Council meeting tomorrow night. We are raising our water rates and I have to give a presentation with consultant. Hope all heck doesn't break loose!

Mindy, how did the Dr go? I wish I could sell that house for you!

Carma, what's up with you? Kids good? Back on track?

Jeni, where are you?

Hugs to all!

W 100, did good
E Just ran the 10k program, W6D1
E POP, I've done great today!
D If you'd exercised when you first thought about it, you'd be done now!

Kris- I am sure my furry friends are not so furry anymore. It has become a sort of sanctuary out there though. Sometimes I just go sit out there and remember my friends. Sorry you had a (gross) experience.

Gym 4 days in a row. My arm hurts, my foot hurts, me leg hurts. Yikes!!! I have a work event tonight so I get a break from the gym. Friday my hubby works late and suggested I run up to meet him. It is supposed to be in the 50's. I am considering it.

Plan for girly parts is..ultrasound in 2 weeks to make sure things look normal. I have been having some cramping on the one side, maybe ovary. Then if things look normal we procede with removal in early May possibly. We are working out the details.

Mindy - so glad you went to the doc. Sounds like a good plan. I'm sure it will roll out just like you have it listed below. Nice on the workouts!

Mavie - 92 degree called for this weekend. NINETY FREAKING TWO. I may be coming to visit you. The hotter it gets here, the more my sweat crevices remind me I'm not ready for summer.

Carma- how'd the dr visit go? I've been hit and miss on MFP but when I get there it's good to see you hitting it consistently! Gonna try try to keep up with ya!

Jen, Emi come on back sisters.

Dinner with a friend tonight and it was great. Miss her dearly and her new job is amazing. Makes me think I need to get out from under mine. Instead, I'm going in tomorrow. What a moron.

Good morning ladies!

Gonna be hot here today. I get to go sit outside in it. I am on the board for the local human society and we are having a low cost adoption event today. I get to help judge a dog costume contest. Lots of sunscreen and hopefully lots of shade there.

Scale is up this morning. Hubby and I hit the darn casino buffet last night. not major damage, but I have reset today to stay on track. Our St. Patty's day gig is almost up here and I will only be down a few pounds. Better than nothing I guess.

Hope you all are busy having fun! I wanted to check in before the day got crazy. Pretty quite here....

MM- I have tried to make it through menopause before having the parts out just for that reason. My estrogen levels are getting pretty low already so maybe it won't be so bad. It simply has to be done though.

Kris- Here we have been freezing all winter and get super excited for 50 degree weather. There you sit unhappy that it is going to be 90. We need a happy medium. Let's all move to a place where it is 70 all year. Where oh where would that be??

I had a 4 pound gain. I am assuming it was because TOM should have come, but didn't. I have lost 2 already since my time frame has passed. All more reason to get it out and done with.

I did an outside run Friday night, up to hubbys work. I think I will take a walk tonight since it is going to b e in the 60's.

Hi ladies. I am posting that I am alive, I promise. Life has been a bit crazy lately with work and basketball. I really love the coach Makenna has, BUT he is so disorganized. Our first tournament is in less than a month and he hasn't even touched on cost to parents OR something a little important called Uniforms!! So another parent and I are working on getting it taken care of it. Also fundraising. . . .He doesn't want parents to have to fork out money so he wants to fundraise, but he hasn't gotten anything together for it. I have a few ideas up my sleeve, but I will have to fork out some money (out of my own pocket) to get the fundraising started. I am not really complaining about that part, but I am lucky that I have the info I have. Tonight I am going to find out the colors and sizes of the kids so I can get the uniforms ordered.

I have been outside shooting hoops with Makenna, and playing catch with Tommy (he starts baseball next month). I have been doing a lot of freezer meals to help keep eating healthy, or at least not eating out. I'm not losing any weight, which is frustrating, but I haven't been running, and I know that is my key ingredient to losing. I am going to get in a couple of miles today. I know that once I start I don't stop!

Sorry guys, I have just been busy. Currently doing well. Kids doc visit good. No dose changes, will repeat in 6 months labs checks. My thyroid level is good too. I managed to lose 2 lbs last week which is surprising because I was bad bad on Tuesday. Got Munsons chocolate and ate it all that night, had pizza. I reigned it in somewhat Wednesday, was good Thursday and then TOM hit Friday morning and with it 2lbs gone. Weird.
Friday I was around 2000 calories but walked 55 minutes. Saturday was hubby's bday but yesterday I was around 1200 calories and walked, today 1400 calories, walked 10& 30 and did an hour of yoga.
Tomorrow is my day off. I must get my taxes together and going to do a light Irish shephards pie for dinner. Goal is around 1400 calories and walk.
A patient found me spumoni ice cream and brought it in. I stuck with 1/2 cup serving at 120 calories. Now if I can do that each night.
I am going to try and keep most days between 1200-1400 calories. Thursday's will be closer to 1600 with family dinner I have to get a semi cheat day which will be 1800 calories and either Friday or Saturday.
2 weeks from Wednesday final weigh in. My co-worker was at 9.01% body weight lost, I was at 8.54% body weight lost. He has been doing double workouts. I have barely been working out. So if I step it up I should win.

Weed for tomorrow:
w:80
E: 60 minute walk am & 30 minute after dinner walk
E: 1400
D:

Jeni: glad you have managed to keep diet somewhat under control. Hope you got your run in. Glad the kids are staying active and you too playing with them.

Mindy: we hit 55 today, spring may finally be here. Glad there is a plan for the girly parts, that should be a 3lb weight loss at least too. Lol.

Mavis:I agree 5 lbs has to be salt. Has it been good weather Sunday& Monday. Boston got more snow. I have friends there who are none too happy. I really wanted to have a walk/hike at dog town this weekend. I have never been there. However, between the snow and the fact that you apparently need a compass and a guide makes me think maybe not until summer.

Kris: glad you had a nice visit with a friend. That is always a welcome change.
Hope I didn't miss anyone. See you tomorrow. Promise.
